Managers Prepared to deliver local training

Local Branch offices of Match options are now well prepared to meet service users needs.

With the coming into effect of the requirements of ISA (Independent Safeguarding Authority) for staff to undergo more stringent checks, Match options has taken a more pro-active approach through TRAINING.

Well trained staff are at the core of the changes that are taking place in the Social and Healthcare industry.

With a view to meet requirements of service users more instantly, the company has recently embarked on a programme to ensure that staff are kept up to date with their training.




Recently,the Branch office managers underwent the rigorous CIEH Professional Trainer Programme so that they can keep their staff up to date.


" We have been spending too much on Training of workers through Third parties. we decided to take control of this area by training ours internally. In a month, we train more than 400 workers in the mandatory areas of Moving and Handling,Emergency First Aid, Health and safety, Hygiene etc...This is now easily available in our Branch offices". said John Collins, the Cap Training co-ordinator.
